```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care within our facility. This includes developing and implementing care plans, managing shift schedules, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills.

Duties:
- Coordinate and manage nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- On call will be required

Qualifications:
- Preferred Level II Assisted Living experience
- Current state nursing license (RN)
